Step #1Gather the following items:Pre-Diced Butternut Squash Olive OilKosher SaltBlack PepperSheet Pans and Parchment Paper
Step #2Sanitize your work area. Gather your ingredients and supplies.
Step #3In a large bowl or steam table pan combine the following ingredients: 10# bag of pre-diced butternut squash cup olive oil 2 tsp Kosher salt 1 tsp ground black pepper
Step #4Place the squash on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Place sheets pans in a 350 degree oven. Roast for approximately 20 minutes.
