DESDE INICIOS DE 2012, RFL se dio a la tarea de iniciar ensayos en diferentes gerencias de transmision en CFE para integrar sus
equipos de teleproteccion GARD 8000 al proyecto de “MONITOREO DE ACTIVOS BASADOS EN CONDICION”.
Fue asi que en un principio SE NOS ORIENTO A LLEVAR LA INFORMACION DE LOS GARD A TRAVES DEL PROTOCOLO DNP,
CON LA CARGA DE PUNTOS DE CONTROL EN LA UNIDADES MAESTRAS DE CONTROL.
LOS RESULTADOS DE DICHOS ENSAYOS FUERON SATISFACTORIOS EN LA GERENCIA DE TRANSMISION NORESTE EN ENE 2012 DEBIDO A QUE EL GARD YA CONTABA CON LA FUNCIONALIDAD DEL DNP DESDE SU DISENO DE ORIGEN.

FUE ASI QUE EN MONTERREY, INICIAMOS CON LOS PRIMEROS ENSAYOS ENFOCADOS AL “MONITOREO DE ACTIVOS DE CFE”. EN ESA ALTURA CFE EN ESA GERENCIA ORIENTABA LOS ENSAYOS CON LOS GARD 8000 A
LLEVAR LA INFORMACION TRAVES DEL PROTOCOLO DNP.
SE AGREGARON PUNTOS DE CONTROL EN DNP EN LA UNIDADES MAESTRAS DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE ESTA ESPECIALIDAD Y TUVIMOS BUENOS RESULTADOS EN ENERO 2012.
Sin embargo, para el mes de Marzo de 2012 se informo que la tendencia de explotación y monitoreo de datos se haría a través del protocolo SNMP. Por tal razón, RFL se avoco a desarrollar en la plataforma GARD la
característica de envió estados de ALARMA / EVENTOS / COMANDOS / vía SNMP usando el mismo puerto de gestión RJ45 que tiene el GARD en la parte trasera.

SNMPEl GARD 8000 puede generar trampas SNMP V2C encaso de una condición de alarma.
LOS TRAPs son programables e incluyenALARMAS Y COMANDOS DE Tx/Rx QUE SEPUEDEN ETIQUETAR a conveniencia del usuario.
Ademas de esto, si se produce un EVENTO Y/OALARMA, un TRAP se generará e incluirá la notificaciónhacia cualquier sistema supervisorio, de acuerdo a laMIB con la ESTAMPA DE TIEMPO .
El GARD 8000 puede difundir mensajes DNP3 a través del puerto
Ethernet o el puerto RS-485 integrado para REPORTAR A ESTACIONES
MAESTRAS mensajes SOLICITADOS Y NO SOLICITADOS.

Seleccionamos entre 1-5 diferentesHOST (que serán las direcciones IP queindicaremos a los SUPERVISORES comoZABBIX, MIB Browser, etc. ParaRECIBIR los TRAPs del GARD. Asimismo Indicamos PUBLIC.

Un elemento necesario parapoder interpretar los TRAPsprovenientes del GARD, es loque se llama MANAGEMENTINFORMATION BASE o MIB.
Esta es la base de datosque el SUPERVISOR usapara “DESCIFRAR” losTRAPs.
ES IMPORTANTE DESTACARQUE EL GARD ADIFERENCIA DE OTROSEQUIPOS TIENE LA MIBDENTRO DEL MISMOEQUIPO (En la opción deSAVE FILE TO PC).
LO QUE EVITA QUE ELFABRICANTE ENVIEDIFERENTES ARCHIVOS QUETERMINAR POR CONFUNDIRAL USUARIO A LA HORA DEIMPLEMENTARLOS EN ELSUPERVISOR.

Otro elemento SOBRESALIENTE EN EL GARD es el hecho de que a travs de laopcion de “EDIT HMI LABELS” el usuario puede “ETIQUETAR” los TRAPs paraque una vez que estos sean enviados al SUPERVISOR. Los mismos sean“INTERPRETADOS” perfectamente y en tiempo real.

EL GARD PUEDE MANDAR:
• Alarmas de HARDWAREAlarmas de COMMS
• Comandos de TX / RX• Monitores de SNMP
TODOS ELLOS SE ENVIAN EN TIEMPO REAL
(No hay DELAY porque el GARD usa losmismos HMI de su lógica de operacióninterna y estos son reportados ENTIEMPO REAL a los sistemasSUPERVISORES).
El REGISTRO ES IDENTICO(nombre / fecha / Hora) através de SNMP y en el“SOE (Registrador Internodel GARD) ”.
Esto significa que eloperador podrá LEERidénticamente el eventoreportado en SNMP y elpersonal a cargo delGARD lo vera también enel SOE

Hemos usado a manera desistema SUPERVISOR DETRAPs, un programa “OPENSOURCE” llamado MIBBrowser. Este programa contiene un ejecutable en PC quepermite al personal en lasdiferentes zonas hacer laprogramación del AGENTE GARDSNMP, probando la función decaptura de TRAPs
Este Programa lo hemos usadocon éxito en 3 entrenamientosDE GARD CON SNMP en lasgerencias de TRANSMISIONNOROESTE / OCCIDENTE /NORTE con resultadossatisfactorios.

Se descomprime la carpeta en formato
RAR del MIB Browser, se ejecuta el archivo “Bin” y
luego el “Browser.Bat”.
Luego se descargan las bases MIB que por default trae el programa nativo y se Re‐carga el MIB
del GARD

Por ultimo se INDICA al MIB
Browser que IP fue programada en el GARD para enviar
los TRAPs.
Asi, ahora solo ACTIVA la opcion de ‘Trap Receiver” y los EVENTOS QUE SE GENERAN EN EL GARD apareceranvia SNMP en el Mib
Browser.

La primera experiencia en CFE existosa con el GARD enviando
TRAPs en SNMP fue en la GRT Noroeste
en Ago 2012.La persona que aparece en esta diapositiva nos apoyo con ese primer grupo en
entrenamiento del GARD con SNMP V2. en el COREFO
de la GRT NOROESTE

En octubre de 2012 en la GRT OCCIDENTE. Otro grupo en entrenamiento de GARD c/SNMP V2 utilizo otro emulador “Open Source” para captura de TRAPsllamado Manage Engine Mib Browser con resultados semejantes a los de la
GRT NOROESTE.
El ultimo dato de otro entrenamiento en CFE de GARD c/ SNMP V2 se dio en la GRT NORTE y a continuación presento unas pantallas de las capturas de
TRAPs en dicho entrenamiento:

El GARD 8000 tiene la capacidad de generar Traps SNMP en el caso de que ocurra una condición de Alarma / Disparo / Evento o dicho de
otra forma, con cualquier cambio en uno de los Bits de Salida HMI, se activan los TRAPs en TIEMPO REAL a traves de SNMP
Las Trampas son programables. 64 Bits de Salida HMI los cuales pueden ser definidos a la hora de programar la lógica.
Eso incluye alarmas y/o contactos de disparo (entradas y salidas). Mediante el uso de la página Web del GARD, el usuario le puede
asignar una etiqueta a cada Bit de Salida HMI.

El procesador DSP del GARD monitorea el estado de cada uno de los 64 Bits de Salida HMI (HMIOUT) cada 25 ms.
Si alguno de esos Bits cambia de estado entre dos lecturas, una Trampa SNMP (SNMP V2C) se genera
ESTO SIGNIFICA QUE AL MISMO TIEMPO QUE EL SOE REGISTRA EL EVENTO, ESTE SE ESTA ENVIANDO VIA SNMP

Resumen GARD 8000 c/SNMP V2
La interfaz Web le permite al usuario agregar la dirección IP de hasta cinco (5) estaciones administradoras (Managers). Las trampas son enviadas a cada una de las estaciones administradoras que estén
habilitadas en la página web.
Nota: EL GARD 8000 actualmente esta desarrollando OTRA INTERFAZ PARA HACER UPGRADE A SNMP DE LA
TELEPROTECCIONES RFL 9745 QUE CFE USA EN MUCHAS ZONAS DE TRANSMISION.
Igualmente, se esta desarrollando para el GARD la opcion GET/SET en SNMP para el GARD 8000.
