I’m in the process of completing my Associates degree in business my completion of my degree will be march “2017” I do everything on line including my courses for college. Before I started my Associates Degree in business, I have performed for 6 years as an assistant manager of financing in a loan office Cooperation. Also a secretary/Receptionist across the spectrum of my job roles. I have a wide familiarity with Microsoft office management software, and have developed the tools to keep the office organized and on task. Working as an assistant manager at Surety Finance in Altus, Okla. has prepared me to meet challenges of a Receptionist and managerial role in a professional office environment, I have shown my company’s in clerical/ secretary/Receptionist duties such as payroll activities, filing, typing, data entry, answering phones and dealing with the public. I simplified the process of retrieving data and on and from the computer systems, maintaining records, typing daily reports, which allowed the company to save tons and tons of $’s (money) in labor and cost annually- in addition to this I was responsible for supervising and training the new staff of 3-4 regular Employees-clerks-secretary: I believe my proven managerial skills and cost cutting abilities and my skills, I can contribute effectively to your company and be a valuable employee. In addition to the above I worked at a Baptist church as a secretary and handled many numerous of planning event scheduling for deacons and pastors, set appointments, office as listed above I worked with 15 or more employees answered on average 30-40 plus calls a day and improved customer service in this office and the other office listed above. My techniques throughout my jobs, I was reputed for taking the initiative, and welcoming challenges and scrutinizing alternatives to overcome obstacles.
