A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH THE US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS RELATIVE TO THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF RIVERBANK STABILIZATION OF TENNESSEE RIVER MILE 466 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY’S THIRTY-FIVE (35%) PERCENT MATCH, IN THE AMOUNT OF SIX HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($647,150.00). ______________________________________________________

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, it

is hereby authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Partnership Agreement with the US Army Corps

of Engineers relative to the design and construction of Riverbank stabilization of Tennessee

River Mile 466 and authorizing the City’s 35% match, in the amount of $647,150.00.
