ValidationsTo successfully load data to HEIMS two levels of validation must be completed:
• HEPCAT validations
• HEIMS validations
All validations are available on HEIMSHELP
Don’t ignore a warning
• A warning in HEPCAT can indicate:
• that the file may be rejected by HEIMS (fatal error) or
• The new value will not be loaded to HEIMS
HEPCAT warning
• If a record fails a HEIMS validation rule, you will see the submission in HEPCAT as “rejected”
