COMMUNICATE WITH US!

WHAT HAPPENS TO OUR CLUBS’ REPORTS?

• AT DISTRICT LEVEL– Narratives are reviewed for District awards.

• AT STATE LEVEL– Narratives are reviewed for State awards.– Annual Club Records are bound as a permanent

record.– Aggregated statistics are used to promote the

issues expressed in GFWC Virginia Resolutions.

WHAT HAPPENS TO OUR CLUBS’ REPORTS?

• AT THE GFWC LEVEL– Narratives and award applications are reviewed

for national and international awards– By knowing what individual clubs do and what

kinds of activities are important to them, GFWC improves its programs in all areas.

– The aggregated statistics are used to impress those in a position to influence issues expressed in GFWC Resolutions.
