SOCs deliver 3-6 month old, validated, initial version of LRO data to PDS every 3 months (Mini-RF: every 6 months), starting 6 months after launch.

Date PDS Releases Initial Data Version (L=LRO Launch date)
Notes: 1) Subsequent versions and derived data products due to PDS in next 3-month delivery after creation and validation. 2) Creation of subsequent versions and derived data products is on a time scale commensurate with the level of data processing required. 3) Final data processing and release can not exceed 6 months from end of primary mission or extended mission, as applicable.

maintained by scientists who use the data and who can provide expert help.
— Most PDS archives are available online for downloading and some can also be requested on CD or DVD.

Charter for the LFGsCharter for the LFGs "Serve as a center for GSFC activities focused on the subject area that will provide subject-matter expertise for the Center, galvanize interest in the subject, stimulate possible responses to mission opportunities, and foster partnerships to help improve GSFC's competitiveness in such responses.
The working group will, as needed, assess available personnel and capability within Goddard, organize workshops, post information on the LESWG web site, make presentations at LESWG general meetings, and encourage smaller group meetings and other interactions between interested parties to help grow the capability within the Center to meet the above objectives. The working group leader(s) will regularly report to the LESWG steering group on the activities of the action group."
