A. Executive summary

[1] 15.7% respondents’ field work in Administration

Field work of respondents mostly in [Administration]. The second and third field work are in [Education] and

[Financial services / insurance], which accounts for 14.6% and 8.0% respectively.

[2] More than half of respondents has latest degree as a bachelor

Mostly, respondents’ latest degree is [Bachelor] at 53.3%, then followed by [Senior High School] at 24.5%.

[3] Mostly, respondents have 5 years – under 10 years work experience

There are 28.8% of respondents whose have work experience for [5 years – under 10 years]. But only 4.7%

respondents still on [Probation time / under 6 months].

[4] More than 25% respondents never change job before

There are 29.9% of respondents [Never change job before], then followed by [3 times] change jobs (22.8%).

[5] Most respondent’s changing latest job before 2010

There are 35.5% of respondents changing latest job [Before 2010]. Then followed by [January – December 2013]

which account 17.2%.

[6] Mostly want to change job because they want to change to another type of job

The first evaluation about their past job is [Want to change to another type of job] at 67.6%. And only 20.3% said

[Pressure from partners, clients] as another evaluations.

[7] From friends, relatives, colleague, and teacher, respondents get information about current job

The top 3 sources of information to get current job are [Friends, relatives, colleague, teacher] (42.0%), [Family]

(34.6%), and [Internet jobs site] (31.6%).

[8] Jobstreet as the first top job website

The first top job website which have used most often by respondents is [Jobstreet] (58.3%). Then followed by [Jobs

DB] and [Karir.com] which accounts for 53.0% and 37.4% respectively.

The percentage score of respondents aged below 30 years old whose have latest degree as [Bachelor] (30.0%) is higher than respondents

aged 30 years old and over (18.4%).

More than 40% of respondents aged 30 years old and over have work experience for [10 years and above]. But for respondents aged

below 30 years old only have work of experience for [1 year – under 3 years] (33.2%).

5. Changing Latest Job

For male respondents, [Before 2010] get the highest score toward the latest job changing (39.9%), then followed on [January –

December 2013] (16.1%). But for female respondents, the highest score is [Before 2010] and followed on [January – December 2011]

which accounts for 27.3% and 19.3% respectively.

More than half respondents aged 30 years old and above have changed job for the last time [Before 2010], but mostly of respondents aged

below 30 years old have changed job on [January – December 2013] only more than 20%.

Regarding MHI of respondents, whose have low MHI changing latest job [Before 2010] and [January – December 2011] with 21.9%.

But whose have middle & high MHI is [Before 2010] which the percentage score are 47.2% and 39.4% respectively.
