Also another defective part was detected at the carrier machining line, the part presents a Huge Pore and it was visually detected by the operator before assembling it with the carrier. Action Taken: The parts were segregated and we started to inspect the existent material stock at GMCl.. The supplier was notified about this issue and we are waiting for their clean point.
