To Get Away and Be Together

Vision for Retreat

The idea for an Institute Alumni Retreat began in 2014. This idea was

born out of a desire for meaningful community and an unwillingness to let the

Renovaré community end after the Institute. While it has taken some time with

many twists, turns, and cliff-falls, we are here – a community. What we will become

is up to us.

Unlike a conference or an information-driven retreat experience, this time

together arises out of a passion to be with God and with one another in meaningful

community. Space is deliberately carved out for time alone with God and

meaningful experiential time together through spiritual practices, small group

interaction and lots of laughter.

We want to make the Alumni Institute Reunion about the Alumni, for this

is our community. We have remarkable, gifted people among us and we would like to

give those who desire an opportunity to use their gifts during our time together.

Here are some ways that you could participate in leading or serving during the

retreat, we’d love to hear from you.

Transportation from the Denver airport to Colorado Springs is
