INGESYSTM RCM is a remote condition monitoring solution which allows you to capture and log operational data on the various elements of a train, for subsequent analysis in a remote, cloud-based control centre using advanced monitoring and analysis tools.
It is designed to improve the preventive maintenance of assets on a train with the aim of increasing their availability and reducing operational costs.
Data AcquisitionThe acquisition of data associated to the different elements of the train is performed based on a modular hardware platform either using wired signals or a wide range of communication interfaces (CAN, MVB, RS232/485).
The information collected is sent to the monitoring centres wirelessly using 3G/4G, Wi-Fi links.
The system temporarily stores data locally until it can be downloaded to the control centre for analysis.
The INGESYSTM RCM platform complies with EN50155, EN45545 standards.
Remote Monitoring and ParametrisationThe INGESYSTM RCM system provides the user with a monitoring platform based on INGESYSTM TOOL SUITE web technology, with an advanced online data display tool using dashboard panels with the status of the train's elements, errors and alarms, tasks and user management, instructions, etc.
INGESYSTM TOOL SUITE also allows you to upload and download operational files and parameters to and from the various elements in a train for remote configuration and parametrisation tasks.
Big Data AnalysisINGESYSTM RCM's CBM software allows users to apply big data analysis techniques to data acquired from the various elements in a train by establishing behaviour models of specific operating parameters over long periods of time, comparatively studying them, etc. The results obtained from this analysis makes it possible to adjust the thresholds of critical parameters to be monitored from the maintenance control centre.
