receives everything from the Town Planning Certificate (“Certificat de Urbanism”) to the

We will design, calculate and assemble your steel structure

based on standardized modules, in accordance with your

specifications. Such tailormade solution will take all relevant

Key elements of a Remco construction

Load bearing construction

A set of main frames, C and Z profiles and two end wall structures,

in corrosion-resistant treated steel, joined using high quality

galvanised steel bolts.

Roof

Made of profiled steel panels attached to cold formed steel purlins

and separated with appropriate isolation blocks, the roof features

a range of measures to ensure leakproof operation. It features a

non flamable glass fibre quilt insulation which has excellent sound

absorbing and insulating properties and an effective light reflecting

inner skin. Alternatively sandwich panels can be considered.

Whichever option is preferred, translucent skylights can be installed

to make maximum use of the available daylight. Where necessary,

smoke - and ventilation hatches can be added to the scope of

supply.

Walls

Profiled steel wall panels attach to cold-formed galvanised steel

girts for external walls, while internal walls are made from zinc-

coated profiled steel panels. Both are available in a range of colours

to match your specifications. Walls are insulated using glass fibre

quilting or panels and provide an unbroken damp-proof layer and

any necessary openings (for doors, windows etc) are made from

galvanized C profiles.

A new tradition in building We use steel because it has enormous potential from a construction point of view

and where necessary can have a large unsupported span, offering more usable

space without the need for columns. It is easier and faster to work with and our

building method exploits this to offer more possibilities and variations than any

other construction method can provide.

Stage I

Town Planning Certificate

This is the first stage we must go through with a view

to obtaining the Authorization for Construction. This

document, issued by the Town Planning Department

in the Town Hall corresponding to the area where

you intend to have your building erected, can be

requested by any natural or legal person, even if

they do not have the property right or the right to

use the respective plot of land.

The “Certificat de Urbanism” indicates the

destination of the plot of land on which the building

is to be erected, the limitations related to the way

in which it is possible to build, the necessary

approvals with a view to obtaining the Authorization

for Construction.
