Mobile Users

Mobile users can install the PEOTVGO App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Once the App is launched, it will display below screen.

To register click on the Get Started! button.

PC and Laptop Users

PC and Laptop users can access this service by visiting: https://webapp.peotv.com

If you have a validation code, click on the click here link OR select register now to create an account.

TV Users

TV users can access the Selfcare portal directly by visiting: https://selfcare.peotv.com

Click on LOGIN/REGISTER button located at the top of the page to get registered.

Click on Create an Account to register.

Registration Process

Select “For SLTMobitel Mobile Customers” option and click Proceed.

Customers connected over a Mobitel Network will see the screen below, with the “For SLT Mobitel Mobile

Customers” Option.

The following screen will then be displayed to enter Personal Details.

• Enter the required personal information.

• A Mobitel Number has to be entered in the Mobitel Connection field and the PEOTVGO

account will be created in synchronization with this number. The customer is required to

enter the same number in the Mobitel Consent Portal.

• The required Contact Number will only be used for PEOTVGO service related

communication.

o Note: Upon submitting the required details, a verification code will be sent to the

Contact Number (Mobile) added.

• Enter a valid email address to be used as your Selfcare account username.

• Create and confirm a password for your Selfcare account.

Click Submit to proceed.

Package selection screen will be displayed as follows.

The monthly service subscription fee, the list of entitled devices, channels and Video on Demand content

will also be displayed on the page.

Package details

Government taxes will be applied to all above rental plans.

Click on the check box, agreeing to the PEOTVGO Terms and Conditions and click Submit to proceed.

Note: It is required to purchase the OTT Set-Top-Box from SLTMobitel to enjoy this service on TV.

Customer will be redirected to Mobitel Customer Consent Portal to get the customer consent.

Enter the Mobitel Connection Number which was entered in the Personal details section. The PEOTVGO

account will then be created using this number.

Press OK to proceed.

Enter the 4-digit Verification Code sent to the Mobitel Connection Number via SMS and click Confirm to

proceed.

After successful OTP verification below screen will be displayed and automatically wiped out.

The Payment Verification screen will be displayed as follows.

Press Continue to proceed.

Account creation is successful, and the Validation Code will be displayed as follows.

For Android Users For Apple Users

Note: The Validation Code is required to log-in to the App for the first time. The Validation Code will be emailed and will also be sent to the Contact number captured under Personal

Details section.

Now the PEOTVGO app is ready to use.

In order to access and use the Selfcare Account, click on the link sent to the email address entered, to verify username.

With the Selfcare Account you can manage all your purchases and essential PEOTVGO Account facilities.

Launching the App for the first time after Registration

Mobile Users

Launch the App, enter the Validation Code and click on Validate to proceed.

PC and Laptop Users

Visit https://webapp.peotv.com/ and use the Validation code to sign up.

TV Users

Launch the TV App and use the Validation code to get access. The User PIN provided to the account is

1234.

Note: It is required to purchase the PEOTVGO TV Box from SLT to enjoy this service on TV.

Accessing the Selfcare Portal

Use the URL https://selfcare.peotv.com to access the PEOTVGO Selfcare Portal.

Click on Forgot Password link to reset password if required.

With the Selfcare Account you can manage all your purchases and essential PEOTVGO Account facilities.

Important Index

Username:

A Valid email address

Selfcare Account:

Account that is used to manage PEOTVGO Services (Content purchases, Profile details, Passwords, Add or

Remove Devices, Unsubscribe) via Web.

Verification Code:

One Time Password (OTP) sent to the Mobile as an SMS to verify the mobile number entered.

Validation Code:

An authorization code sent by the System, granting access to PEOTVGO Service.

User PIN:

This can be changed through More>Settings on PEOTVGO App. The default PIN will be required only when

the auto login option is disables though the app setting (Default User PIN is 1234).

Parental PIN:

Manage the channels and content with a PIN that restricts the information from being accessed by

children. The default Parental PIN is 1234.
