CPD Points - Architects Delegates can claim once (1) informal CPD point for each hour of attendance in an activity or

presentation at the Conference. This year assessment tasks will be available. Successful completion of a task converts

informal CPD points to formal points. CPD points can also be obtained by delegates for presenting at the Conference and the

time undertaken for preparation of material. Please check with your local Registration Board to confirm maximum number of

points that can be attained in any single activity or presentation.

Young Professional SPECIAL OFFER

Learning Environments Australasia wish to encourage our members to involve young employees of their organisations

to participate in the professional discourse about the future of learning environments. As an incentive to

bring additional employees of your organisation to the conference, we are offering the opportunity for design

practices to register two employees under 35 at half price for every two full price member registrations from

the same group membership. For schools, the offer is extended to two young professionals for each full price

registration. The offer applies to members only and must be booked in the Early Bird period. ID will need to be shown

at registration. Note that the young Professionals nominated do not need to be current members to qualify.

B. ACCOMMODATION

CONFERENCE ACCOMMODATION: A number of hotels close to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) have been

block-booked for the conference and these are listed below. If you complete this section your accommodation will be booked

for you.

A confirmation letter will be sent to you upon receipt and payment of your registration. You will need to pay for your total

accommodation nights when registering. Learning Environments Australasia will then have these charged to its master

account and settle the account with the hotel.

EXTENDED STAY: If you are considering extending your stay before or after the conference dates most hotels will honour the
