1.1. Inter-structure

Use superior thermoplastic/thermosetting plastic like PA,PBT,PET,BMC etc.Use UL-Certified high quality enamel-insulated wires.Use soft magnetic materials of low coercive force and high conductivity.The insulation class covers Class B,F,HThe protection class reaches IP65It can be customized.

1.3 Pilot Head

① The static / movable core is made by rustproof and corrosion-resistant material with high magnet conductivity, and it is also durable and quick.② The plunger tube is made by H62 Copper or SS304,with the thickness 0.25-2.5mmThe seat of plunger is made by H59 Copper or SS304.③ The spring is made by S.S. wire, which has good performance of pressure and restore.
