Our Primary mission is to support the war fight.

Reorganizations
• Consolidated all of Enlisted Personnel Management Directorate’s alignment functions (Retention, Reenlistment, Promotions, Accessions, Retirement, Separation, Reclassification, NCOES, ASI, SQI, and Functional Training) to intentionally and aggressively align the Force in the midst of the massive and evolving structure changes.
• No significant change to current automation systems capabilities (EDAS, RETAIN, REQUEST, APAS, ATRRS)
• No significant change to functions performed within Training Division or Retention Management Division
