Letter of Recommendation for Mr. Jacob Cater

To Whom It May Concern:

Jacob interned at New Hope Bible Church in our student ministries during the

summer of 2012. During this time he assisted myself throughout the summer and during

weekly programs/activities. He worked with our student ministry by teaching Sunday

school classes for Middle & High School students, helped with a small group Bible study

that encouraged teen fellowship and Bible study, helped lead our Friday night teen

ministry. He assisted in organizing and managing the teen summer camp program and

SlopFest event. He participated in monthly NHBC elder and Unite Student Ministry

Coalition meetings. And helped and maintain various work projects around the church.

During his time at NHBC Jacob’s love of the ministry and heart to reach

teenagers with the truths from scripture was evident. He enjoyed bonding with the teens

and looking for ways to minister to them personally. Jacob has strong skills in teaching

God’s word in a relevant, interesting, doctrinally and theologically sound manner. He

was a real asset throughout the summer as he covered for me multiple times as I was

away on vacation and a missions trip.
