Putting GeoData to use every day

RealZips GeoData is automatically added to all Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities and Cases.

The Account Page on the right includes structured GeoData such as City, State County.

The ‘RealZip Owner’ automatically compares Zip code owner with Account owner. When a green check is shown, the Account is owned by the right sales person!

RealZips GeoData makes searching across your customer database extremely accurate.

Quickly add ‘Time Zone’ to every Contact, to assist in planning outbound phone calls.

Powerful reports

RealZips GeoData enhances reporting and filtering.

All GeoData’s 3,000,000+ datapoints - can be used in combinations with all Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities and Cases.

In this example, Metropolitan and County have been added to every Account.

You can filter Accounts that are located in areas with specific demographics, or number of businesses.

You can instantly group and filter your data based on Counties. Counties can often be extremely useful, e.g. when inviting Leads and Customers to local events.

Analyze Potential and Performance

RealZips GeoData is automatically added to all Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities and Cases.

It is possible to run reports on all geographical structures, to identify areas with the best sales potential.

In this example, all Cities in one County are shown. ‘Performance’ reflects your company’s Sales in the area.

Your own data can instantly be added to this report, so you can review how many Customers you have in each area.

Benchmark your own data to ‘Businesses Total’ and the ‘Population’ in each geopgraphy, to focus your resources.
