The RC 12 is a durable 12” capacity drum chipper built to meet the high production needs of contractors.
Variable speed control to feed wheels and hydraulic liftassist are standard features.
Maintaining the radiator is quick and painless withswing-out access panel.
Engine compartment provides easy access makingmaintenance effortless.
Infeed opening is 12”x17.5” with large diameterfeed wheel that climbs logs and heavy brush with-out operator intervention.

The 86HP Cat diesel engine and RAYCO's patented PULSEdownpressure system ensure top-notch performanceon any type of material. Features like a self-adjustinghydraulic clutch, planetary feed wheel motor, fewgrease points and a large service door over the engine,ensure that maintenance costs and downtime are keptto a minimum. At over 6,000 lbs, this heavy-duty, drumstyle chipper is built to withstand harsh jobsite condi-tions over years of service.

RAYCO's Brush Chipper line featuresan innovative feed system design thathas never before been seen in the mar-ket. A planetary drive motor is directlybolted to a large-diameter feed wheelgiving it the size and torque to climblogs or dense material without hesitationor operator intervention. The industry'sfirst ever Pulsating hydraulic down pres-sure system has constant 325 lbs ofpressure plus a PULSE that provides anadditional 2175 lbs applied every 3 sec-onds for a total of 2500 lbs of crushingpower. The PULSE system means thatoperators no longer have to standbeside the machine to manually activatethe down pressure system when feed-ing challenging material.
