Computed sling load = 4600 lbs per sling. Note: Do not lift the shipping frame with the magnet structure attached. LQSD MAGNET HANDLING Lifting magnet assembly from support structure

Relocate the two 15,000 lb-rated hoist rings from the lead-end of structure and install them at the center-pivot bushing. Torque to spec on hoist ring (470 ft-lbs). Note, CG is about 1” aft – toward the return end of the structure. Remove bolts attaching magnet assembly to support raft assembly. Attach tag-lines at both ends of structure. Structure should pick lead-end up.
