Thank you for showing your interest and support for our Wedding Showcase. We know that there is a veritable plethora of Wedding Fayre’s and Bridal Open Days on Sunday afternoons but we hope to do something a little different from the norm. In having an evening event we hope to give potential bridal parties the chance to experience suppliers and their products in a setting that would be similar to their special day. We have allocated several different packages to cater for different budgets but we hope you find something to suit you and your business! !Promotional Package - £30 This is for exhibitors who are unable to attend the event but still want to be a part of it! Includes exhibition of a single poster on the night as well as the inclusion of any flyers or business cards in our goodie-bags. Full payment with booking form. Exhibition Stand - £75 Includes business cards and flyers in goodie bags as well as a large shared table (each exhibitor with 160cm x 80cm space) with a tablecloth. With this package you will also have a database of all visitors after the event for your own records. You will also be included in a list of suppliers on the Ashton-Phillips Productions website which gets on average 700+ unique visitors a month. £30 deposit. !

Upgraded Exhibition Stand - £150 Includes all the above with a large table to yourself (180cm x 80cm) and a tablecloth. In the run-up to the event itself all Upgraded Exhibitors will also be promoted in all our advertising including Jack/Glide FM and local press. This will also include contact details, photograph and a link to your website on the Ashton-Phillips Productions website. £50 deposit. !

! Please note that the remaining balance must be paid in full by Friday 7th December 2012. Payment We can accept payment in the following ways: Cash, Cheque, BACS, Credit and Debit Card. For bank transfers please quote your business name as the payment reference. HSBC Ashton-Phillips Productions, Account – 71655809, Sort – 40-08-10. For card payments please call 08443104737 to pay by phone. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Maestro. Please note that there is a 5% fee for credit cards, debit cards are free.

Invoices will be emailed to the address provided along with all receipts. Final Invoices for the outstanding balance will be sent out for arrival on the 1st December at the latest.
