5 Acre campus (at Yelwala, Mysore) gated community with only 45 home-sites and residences. Phase II to have another 12 Acres with 110 home-sites & Residences.

45 home-sites of 1500 Sft., 2400 Sft. and 4000 Sft. offer 2 home designs options for each of the sizes. Home sizes range from 1200 Sft. to 3000 Sft. (3 & 4 Bedders)

Wide internal roads with Power, Water and Communication (optic fiber) lines being underground. Solar lightings for streets and parks. Patashala will also involve in humanitarian work to uphold the interest of the impoverished and the old. For this purpose an age old home as well as an orphanage to be setup in partnership with NGOs involved.

120 Acre campus (On Bangalore - Mysore Road) at Mysore. Developed in 3 Phases, will be an integrated township with Homes, Shopping Malls, Commercial Spaces, Office Spaces, Star Hotel and Residential School.

The whole development would be a Green Sustainable development with state of the art infrastructure and living environment. The campus boasts of a natural water body on three sides and a possibility of a Rail station adjoining the campus.

RareEarth has already acquired 30 Acres (Phase I) and in the process of acquiring the balance lands for the development.
