PROFILE ISOPurfluid Technologies, an american company exclusively represented in Italy by SAICA R. & S. S.r.l., is the producer of advanced oil purification systems based on a new technology named (Balanced Charge Purification) - B.C.P. This new technology is a step to overpass systems actually in commerce and the scope is not only to supply a “ultra- purification” of the fluids, but also to remove from the inside of the circuits all the deposits, remarkably improving the efficiency of the engines and appreciably reducing the maintenance costs. This new depurating system acts directly on the polluting particulate of the not conducting-fluids, at first increasing it and then eliminating it. Furthermore the Company produces systems that can be integrated directly on pre-existing depurating systems, improving their functionality.

 

Hereinafter the list of some of the most evident benefits due to this technology:

Elimination of the polluting particulate up to a 0,1 micron granulometry

Removing of sludge, varnish, powders, bacteria, rubbers…

Removing of oxidation products

Ablation and elimination of all deposits present in the circuit of the fluid avoiding sediments in the same

 

Extension of oil life without substitutions

The assertion of the new technology has permitted the establishment of representative abroad, particularly in Germany, Italy and China. The excellent results, after a long period from the first installation of the system, have permitted a remarkable extension of the list of clients, that in Italy includes: Ansaldo Energia, Enel, Saipem, Fincantieri, Magneti Marelli, Enipower, ICQ, Marina Militare, Snam Rete Gas.

 

The disposable equipment, to cover the largest number of requests, are collected in the following categories linked to the flow :

 

- LOW RANGE up to 600 lt/hr - MEDIUM RANGE up to 2.300 lt/hr - HIGH RANGE up to 4.500 lt/hr

 The engineering activities of SAICA R. & S. are mainly developed in the following activities:

 

Instrumentation and control system;  

Electrical engineering;  

Piping, structures, vessel etc. engineering  

Turn key skid mounted systems and plants.  

The engineering activities normally involve material supply and therefore the necessary expediting and inspections are foreseen as required by single project.

 

The above activities are performed by highly qualified and well experienced staff having long experience in the specific discipline with the most important Italian company as well as foreign engineering company and end-users. The most modern “engineering supports” such as CAD systems and generally licensed computerized calculation techniques are widely used and available for our staff. In accordance with the need of each project the appointed team can be integrated by well know and reputed consultant that co-operate with our directly employed staff.

 

The engineering activities are mainly performed in the following market segments:

 

energy and power generation;  

oil refining and extraction plants;

The engineering activities are completely performed starting from the basic process data and following all the cycle of the design calculation, equipment sizing, assessment of supplier, proper material selection, checking and approval of supplier construction drawing and design specification, equipment and material certification. Engineering, fabrication, assembly and test of pre-fabricated SKID MOUNTED SYSTEMS AND PLANTS, supplied on “Turn Key” basis for use in industrial application mainly related to Energy production plants: Oil Refineries, Petrochemical plants, Pulp and Paper, Oil extraction loading and unloading etc…

 The typical applications of experienced SKID MOUNTED systems and plants are:
