Our main ac*vity The way we work Trusted partners Founded in 1993 in Romania, RANCON is a manufacturer of industrial parts and machinery. Our cas8ngs are made of both nonferrous (bronze, brass, aluminium) and ferrous alloys (cast iron, steel). Our industrial parts are intended for clients in various industries: steel, shipping, machinery, industrial machinery and construc8on materials, agricultural machinery and many more. Our company specializes in one‐off cas*ngs and low‐volume produc8on runs. The manufacturing of moulds and the mel*ng can be done in various ways, depending on the parts configura8on and on their chemical composi8on. Similarly, the cas*ng can be either sta8c, centrifugal or high‐pressure. Quality is our top priority. Product quality is ensured through a good quality management (ISO 9001‐14001). The chemical composi*on of the cas8ngs is determined using a spectral analyser. Our people are our main asset. The team consists of university professors, engineers and specialists with experience in both produc*on and research. Melting
Themel*ngofrefractoryalloysismadeinelectricfurnacesheatedbyinduc*on,withacapacityof300kgeach.Thedevelopmentofeasilyfusiblealloysismadeinelectricfurnacesorflamefurnaces.Thechemicalcomposi*onisdeterminedwithaspectralanalyser.
Casting
Forsomenonferrouspartsweapplysta*ccas*nginmetalmoulds,centrifugalcas*ngonhorizontalorver8calaxis,andhigh‐pressurecas*ng.
