A recognized business executive with broad experience in
all aspects of outsourcing and consulting services, majorly
focused in business development and key account services
with proven success in large-scale service delivery and
enhancement.
With over 9 years of experience, Clement started his career
as Techno Functional Consultant before progressing into
the senior management echelon. A key member of the
board, one of his main portfolios within RAMS includes the
development of the growing market in China and
Singapore.
Passionate and proficient in business development,
management consulting and service marketing and
operations, particularly interested in developing and
managing cross-cultural.
DINH MINH NGUYENOperations Director
Dinh Minh has 10 years specialising in PeopleSoft HRMS
including development, training and implementation. Over
the course of his career he has been doing support and
implementation of PeopleSoft HR, eRecruitment, Global
Absence, Global Payroll, Security Design and etc.
His background is techno-functional consultant that has
support and project implementation experience across
Asia, Europe and United States.
LEE MIEW LANProfessional Services Director
Miew Lan has multiple years of PeopleSoft HRMS
application implementation experience, with a strong
understanding of HR and Payroll business processes, which
include PeopleSoft Global Payroll core engine and Country
Extension.
She possesses excellent functional and technical
knowledge, in addition to customisation experience.
She has implemented both HR and payroll across 12
countries in the Asia Pacific Region, UAE and Europe,
covering telecommunication, banking, assurance, gaming,
utilities, automotive industries, antivirus and regulatory
bodies.
She worked in both consultancy and BPO companies
playing the role of team lead and expert consultant. She is
also responsible for training, skills development and
development deliverables of team members.
