2. Eligibility Criteria

Only those firms can participate, who possess the following pre-qualifying requirements and shall have to

submit necessary documents along with the tender.

1. The bidder should have a valid P.F. & Service Tax Registration with Central Excise Department.

2. He should have at least one year experience for providing similar vehicle / other to Govt. /Semi Gov.

Organization on contract basis.

3. The bidder should submit Solvency Certificate of Rs. 15 Lacs or more issued by the Tehsildar/

nationalized bank.

4. The bidder should submit / intimate year of manufacturing of vehicle model which should be of 2015

or later year.

NOTE:-

The technical evaluation of the bids shall be done on the basis of above criterions. The officers of the

The firm who is participating in the Tender enquiry should fulfill the following qualifying requirements.

1. The participating bidder should have service tax registration with Central Excise Department, PF

Registration, PAN Card, and Labour License (if required).

2. The bidder should have executed similar nature of work in any Thermal Power station of minimum unit

capacity of 110MW or above during last five (05) years as on date of bid opening as per below:-

(I) Single work contract of value not less than 80% of estimated cost.

OR

(II) Two work contracts of value not less than 50% of estimated cost.

OR

(III) Three work contracts of value not less than 40% of estimated cost.

3 The bidder should furnish satisfactory, performance certificate of similar nature of work in related field

duly signed by the officer not below the rank of Superintending Engineer/ order placing authority of

concern organization.

4 The average annual financial turnover of bidder, during last three (3) years ending of 31st march of the

previous financial year should be at least 50% of estimated cost. For this purpose any one of the

following documents may be submitted:-

I Audited balance sheet of last three financial years

II Annual return filed with income tax department /TDS certificate of last three financial years.

NOTE:-

I issuance of bidding documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered

qualified.

II KaTPP reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/ withdraw the NIT for the subject

package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/ intending

bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
