    1. Remove the black outer sleeve of the unshielded power cable (41.5 mm2, 0.5m) and the shielded

    power cable (24 mm2) with the stripping to make the two sub-cables exposed, shown as Fig 1.

    The length of the blue sub-cable is 80mm5mm; the length of the black sub-cable is 20mm25mm;

    the length of the exposed copper core is about 7mm.

    Figure 1 Cut The Black Outer Sleeve of The Power Cable

    Do not cut the sub-cables in the DC transfer box! Otherwise, the copper core left in the transferbox may cause short circuit

    The power cable of R9100 and E9230 is used in the way of Unshielded Power Cable

    (41.5mm2, 0.5m) +DC Transfer Box + Shielded Power Cable (24 mm

    2); R9100 power cable

    should within 120m and E9230 power cable should within 140m.

    4. Pull the blue sub-cable through the blue heat shrink tube ( 5,15 mm), and insert the exposed

    copper core into the copper lug. Finally, cramp the copper core and the copper lug together with

    pliers.

    Copper lug Plier Heat Shrink Tube

    5. Push the blue heat shrink tube to the connection end of copper lug, and heat the heat shrink tube

    with hot hair or lighter to make the hot heat shrink tube wrap the copper lug tightly. Seal and

    insulate the black sub-cable in the same way.

    6. Use a cutter to make a gap on the inner circle of the rubber ring (about 7mm) for the cable entering

    into the box, as shown below.

    Figure 6 Make a gap on the inner circle

    The gap on the inner circle of the rubber ring should not exceed 10mm to assure the goodwater-proof pressure.

    7. Push the sub-cable, with heat shrink tube and copper lug fixed, into the box through the cable holes.

    OUTPUT cable hole is for the unshielded power cable (41.5mm2, 0.5m) and INPUT cable hole is

    8. Fasten the copper lugs of the two sub-cables to the corresponding contacts with two M5 fasten

    screws and a Phillips screwdriver ( 5), shown as below.

    Note that a curved wiring should be made for the blue sub-cable to keep it from the contacts with thesilkscreen RTM(+) above.

    Fasten the unshielded power cable with the M3 fasten screw to the corresponding left contact;

    fasten the shielded layer of the shielded power cable with the M3 fasten screw to the corresponding

    right contact.

    Figure 8 Fasten the sub-cable to the contact

    Connect the blue sub-cable to the busbar with silkscreen NEG (-) above; connect the black

    sub-cable to the busbar with silkscreen RTM(+) above.

    A curved wiring should be made to keep the blue sub-cable from the busbar with the silkscreen

    RTM(+) and to avoid heating the blue sub-cable by transient overload of current.

    Use a multimeter to measure the resistance value between busbar NEG(-) and RTM(+) to make

    sure there is no short circuit.
