We Provide

CONVENTIONAL NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING

Conventional Non-destructive Testing (NDT) describes a process in which welds, materials or equipment can be

examined for various types of discontinuities such as cracks, weld discontinuities, corrosion, or wear that does not

require the destruction of the component being tested.

Our NDT team provides certified inspectors with the capability to choose the right method to solve the inspection

or testing challenge that any industrial project might face. As a result, we perform shop or field inspections

wherever required to any codes, standards or customer specification.

MACO Third Party Inspection team having experience in various fields and highly certified/Qualified to AWS, CSWIP,

BGAS, NACE, API, ASME, ISO Lead Auditors.

Our Teams of Engineers ensure that the quality and performance of static equipment or piping systems meet

applicable requirements to help to improve the integrity, quality and efficiency of equipment and minimize the

environmental impact of industrial activities.

Inspection is carried out in accordance to the rules and guidelines laid down by various International regulatory

bodies such as: ISI, ASTM, ANSI, TEMA, ASME, API, DIN, etc. Our testing procedures and expertise of our highly

qualified personnel allow detection of the defects and damage mechanisms at an early stage, thus saving time,

energy and money.

• Pressure vessels inspection as per API 510.

• In service pipe lines inspection as per API 570.

• Storage tanks inspection as per API 653.

• Rerating/Revalidation of pressure vessels and pipelines

as per client requirement.

• Following up all construction activities and testing for

new storage tanks as per API 650.

• Following up all construction activities and testing for new piping systems as per ASME B31 series.

PAINTING \ COATING INSPECTION SERVICES:

MACO painting Inspection team having experience in various fields and applications of painting systems making

them able to design, select and apply the suitable painting system required and ensure its effectiveness and

reliability complying with related international codes, standards and client specifications.

We provide the following painting inspection services:

• following up painting activities including (Sand sweeping, sand blasting, applying painting systems and

painting repairs.) for both piping systems and static equipment.

• Applying applicable testing and inspection methods complying with international codes, standards and

client specification including (WFT, DFT, Pull off testing, holiday testing, replica roughness testing,

temperature and humidity gauging…etc.).

• Applying wrapping Systems and their required testing.

• Applying thermal insulation systems for piping systems

and static equipment.

• Painting system design and material selection.

• Paints, painting consumables and painting equipment

supplying.






LIFTING INSPECTIONS SERVICES:

Our experienced lifting inspectors have worked in various Marine,

Offshore/onshore and other Industrial lifting equipment.

• Calibration of test weights and certification.
