    1. QUY NH CHUNG

    1.1. Phm vi iu chnh

    Quy chun ny quy nh v yu cu k thut v kim tra cht lng an ton k thut i vi gng chiu hu dng cho xe t (sau y gi tt l gng).

    1.2. i tng p dng

    Quy chun ny p dng i vi cc c s sn xut, nhp khu gng, sn xut lp rp t v cc c quan, t chc lin quan n th nghim, kim tra chng nhn cht lng an ton k thut.

    Quy chun ny p dng cho cc loi gng chiu hu dng lp trn xe t loi M v N (sau y gi tt l xe), nh c nh ngha ti Ph lc 6 Quy chun ny. 1.3. Gii thch t ng Cc thut ng dng trong quy chun ny c nh ngha nh sau: 1.3.1. Gng chiu hu (Rear-view mirror) l b phn dng quan st pha sau v bn cnh xe, nh c m t ti Ph lc 1. Gng chiu hu khng bao gm cc h thng quang hc nh h thng lng knh, cc camera, mn hnh quan st in t. 1.3.2. Vng quan st (Field of vision) l phm vi quan st c ca ngi li trn mt ng khi ngi li s dng c hai mt, c xc nh khi v tr lm vic bnh thng. 1.3.3. Gng chiu hu lp trong (Interior rear-view mirror) l gng chiu hu c lp trong khoang li ca xe. 1.3.4. Gng chiu hu lp ngoi (Exterior rear-view mirror) l gng chiu hu c lp bn ngoi xe. 1.3.5. Gng quan st (Surveillance rear-view mirror) l mt loi gng chiu hu khc vi gng c nh ngha trong 1.3.1, c th c lp bn trong hay bn ngoi xe c vng quan st khc vi vng quan st nu ti 1.3.1. 1.3.6. Kiu gng chiu hu (Rear-view mirror type) cc gng chiu hu c coi l cng kiu nu c cng nhn hiu, nh sn xut, dy chuyn sn xut v khng c s khc bit v cc c tnh k thut chnh sau y:

    2. QUY NH K THUT 2.1. Quy nh k thut chung 2.1.1. Tt c cc gng phi iu chnh c vng quan st. 2.1.2.     ng knh 100 mm (trong trng hp gng lp ngoi) phi c bn knh cong "c" khng nh hn 2,5 mm. Mp ca cc l lp t hay cc ch lm c chiu rng nh hn 12 mm th khng phi p dng cc yu cu v bn knh trn nhng phi c lm cn cnh sc. 2.1.4. Trong trng hp gng lp trong, cc chi tit nu trong 2.1.2 v 2.1.3 c lm bng vt liu mm vi cng nh hn 50 Shore A, c lp trn mt cng, th quy nh ghi trong 2.1.2 v 2.1.3 ch p dng cho . 2.1.7. Loi gng chiu hu (Class of rear-view mirrors) l tt c cc gng chiu hu c chung mt hoc nhiu chc nng hay c tnh k thut. a) Gng chiu hu loi I: l gng chiu hu lp trong; gng ny c thit k sao cho ngi li c vng quan st nh hnh 1.1, Ph lc 1 quy chun ny.

    b) Gng chiu hu loi II v III: l cc gng chiu hu lp ngoi "chnh"; gng ny c thit k sao cho ngi li c vng quan st nh cc hnh 1.2, 1.3 Ph lc 1 quy chun ny. c) Gng chiu hu loi IV: l gng chiu hu lp ngoi "gc rng"; gng ny c thit k sao cho ngi li c vng quan st nh hnh 1.4, Ph lc 1 quy chun ny. d) Gng chiu hu loi V: l gng chiu hu lp ngoi "nhn gn"; gng ny c thit k sao cho ngi li c vng quan st nh hnh 1.5, Ph lc 1 quy chun ny. 2.2. Quy nh v kch thc 2.2.1. Gng lp trong (loi I). Cc kch thc ca b mt phn x phi m bo c th v ni tip mt hnh ch nht c mt cnh 4 cm v cnh kia c chiu di "a"

    a) Cc kch thc ca b mt phn x phi m bo c th v ni tip c: - Mt hnh ch nht cao 4 cm v chiu di "a" cm, v - Mt ng c chiu di "b" cm song song vi chiu cao hnh ch nht.

    b) Gi tr nh nht ca "a" v "b" c cho trong bng 1 di y:

    2.4. Quy nh v bn va chm ca b mt phn x v bn un ca v bo v gng

    2.4.1. Cc loi gng chiu hu, ngoi tr loi gng lp ngoi "nhn gn" (loi V), phi c kim tra bn va chm ca b mt phn x v bn un ca v bo v theo Ph lc 4 v Ph lc 5, 2.4.2. Gng khng b v trong qu trnh th. Tuy nhin, cho php c ch v trn b mt phn x ca gng nu gng c lm bng knh an ton hoc gng tha mn

    2.4.3.     3. YU CU V QUN L 3.1 Phng thc kim tra, th nghim Gng c sn xut lp rp v nhp khu mi phi c kim tra, th nghim theo cc quy nh ti Thng t 30/2011/TT-BGTVT ngy 15 thng 4 nm 2011 ca B trng B Giao thng vn ti Quy nh v kim tra cht lng an ton k thut v bo v mi trng trong sn xut lp rp xe c gii.

    3.2 Ti liu k thut v mu th Khi ngh th nghim, c s sn xut, t chc hoc c nhn nhp khu gng cn cung cp cho c s th nghim ti liu k thut v mu th nh quy nh ti mc 3.2.1 v 3.2.2. 3.2.1 Yu cu v ti liu k thut Bn v k thut ca gng phi th hin cc kch thc chnh v km theo cc thng s sau: - Nhn hiu, tn gi hoc kiu loi gng, - Thnh phn cc chi tit, vt liu ch to, - V tr lp t, hng dn lp t, - cng ca v bo v b mt phn x gng, - Bn knh cong ca b mt phn x gng, - H s phn x ca b mt phn x gng, - Bn knh cong ca mp v bo v b mt phn x gng, - Cc kch thc ca b mt phn x gng nh c nu ti mc 2.2. 3.2.2 Mu th Yu cu 04 mu th cho mi kiu gng cn th nghim. 3.3 Bo co th nghim
