“Lagar” (traditional open stone tank for treading and fermentation) with olive trees on the window view.
- Very charming and complex on the nose. On the palate it is round and smooth. A light almond-like sweet attack, a bit spicy in the throat, followed by greens, olives and wild flowers. A never ending, agreeable and complex after taste. - Best portuguese olive oil on Flos Olei Guide by Marco Oreggia with 92 points. - Made exclusively from Menéres family olive trees of the local native varieties: Cobrançosa, Verdeal Trasmontana and Madural.

Besides the Wine and Olive Oil, we also take care of a few thousand hectares of cork tree forests (some of them belonging to the “EU Natura 2000, a Network for preservation of biodiversity”), a Museum and the Maria Rita, a Restaurant at Romeu. All of these worth your visit. 1
