2. Register an AccountThe following is instructions for the Android version, the interface of the ios version will be slightly different.▪ Scan the QR code on the device and download the free ZOSI Smart App on smartphone. ▪ Click “Register” to register an account.▪ Enter your email address and click "Obtain Verification Code" to receive the verification code. Enter verification code and password, and then click “Register” to complete the registration.Note: If you did not receive the verification code, please check if the verification code is considered spam or try to send another email.

3. Add a Device (1) Power on the camera, wait about 20 seconds start-up time, it gives out a "device is waiting for connection" tone. After smartphone is connected to WiFi, log in ZOSI Smart App and go to the "My Device" page, click the "+" in the upper right corner to add a device.(2) Choose Camera C190.

(3) Click the "Scan QR Code" and scan the QR code on device or click "Manually enter the device UID", enter device UID and click "OK".

(4) On the device information page, enter the device name and click "Add an unconnected router device".

(5) Configure WiFi setting for the device on the "Connect to WiFi" page. Click "Next" and then click the "Hear the tone" button on the "Power On" page.

(6) Click the "Scan QR Code" button and align the QR code generated on the smartphone with the camera lens for scanning.

(7) Camera make a click sound, and you will hear "Wireless configuration successful" "WiFi is connecting, please wait" and after hearing "Wireless connection succeeds" tone, click "Next" and click "OK" button in the pop-up box. Click "Done" on the "Device Added successfully" page.

(8) Operate on the device page.

Note: If the device is not added successfully, please reset the device by pressing the device reset button for 5 seconds, and then add the device again according to the above steps.

4. AP Hotspot(To trigger the hotspot of device, the device shall be unconnected with network or after the device is reset)Power on the camera, you hear a tone "The device is waiting for connection". On the device page, click "+" in the upper right corner, and select "Add device via AP"

For Android devices:On the "Set up Device" page, search for device hotspot nearby and it will connect automatically, and then jump to the "WiFi device live preview" page.

For ios devices:Follow the instructions on "WiFi Guide" page.

Click "Add" in the pop-up box on the "Connect devices" page, and then jump to the "WiFi device live preview" page.

A: If you need to configure WiFi for the device, select WiFi and enter WiFi password to connect. Select WiFi nearby, the device does not support 5GHz WIFI for now, WIFI with Chinese or special characters is also not supported. Device is connecting on the "To Add Device" page. "Device added successfully" page pops up, click "Done" to complete adding device. And then jumps to the "My Device" page, users can operate the device.

B: Operate in AP mode only.Click the return sign in the upper left corner, click “OK” on the pop-up box. Click "AP Tools" on "My" page, select and operate the device.

5. Camera Alarm System

5.1 After the manual alarm function is triggered, the device will set off a “beep” alarm sound, and the warm light will continue to emit strong flashing light to deter the intruder. At the same time, a one-minute manual alarm countdown will appear on the device page.

5.2 After the "Camera Alarm" page is set, the related human detection alert will be pushed (the human shape will be marked by a red box). On the "Message" page, you can click "Intelligent Detection" or "Motion Detection" to view the related list of alarm contents.

5.3 Click one of the alarm recordings to enter the "Message Details" page.

5.4 Click "Playback" in the upper right corner into the video playback page for replaying recorded footage.

5.5 On "Settings" page, click the "Camera Alarm" button to set up relevant alarms.The "Camera Alarm" function can be turned on and off;Click "Alarm Mode" to set different alarm modes. Click "Detection Alarm Type" to choose detection type; you can set the "Night mode light" function on and off.

Note: In order to achieve better results in human detection, please refer to the following installation requirements:The height of the installed camera is 1.5 ~ 3 meters, and the effective detection distance is 1-20 meters from the device;The installation angle is mainly head-up view and overhead view, which to ensure average illumination in the monitoring area.

6. Remote Access on PCAVSS PC client can be applied to remote access and control of DVR / NVR / XVR / IPC, with live view, device management, remote video playback and other functions.

Download and install AVSS PC client, double-click the icon AVSS to open, select the language and click Login.Note: Use the default username and password, or enter the same login information as on the mobile App.

6.2.1 Click "Device Management" to add monitoring zone and device information.

6.2.2 Add area: Right-click to add an area in the blank area and enter the name of the area.The name of the area is used to name the monitored area.

Click "Live" to display the device list, right-click the device name, select play all / stop all, start / stop live view and other operations on the device. Note: The user name is "admin" by default, and the number of channels of IPC shall be "1".

Click "Remote Playback", select the device, channel and date, click "Search Now" to find the video you want to replay. Select the time on the timeline, and click the "Start" button to start playing pre-recorded video from certain timing.

7. FAQs1.Q: Why can't I add a device by using local search?A: Please make sure the device and mobile phone are in the same LAN. If you can't make both of them in the same LAN, please manually enter the UID of the device to add a device.

2.Q: Why is the device disconnected? A: Please check▪ Whether the device is connected to the network▪ Whether the router is operating normally▪ Whether the function of obtaining an IP address automatically is chosen or not

2. 3. (8) Configure los otros parámetros en la interfaz del dispositivo.

Nota: Si el dispositivo no se agrega correctamente, reinícielo, mantenga presionado el botón de reinicio durante 5 segundos. Luego siga los pasos anteriores para agregar el dispositivo nuevamente.

4. Función de punto de acceso inalámbrico(El punto de acceso inalámbrico se activa siempre que el dispositivo no esté conectado a la red o el dispositivo se haya restaurarado.)Encienda el dispositivo. Instrucciones para iOS:Realizar el emparejamiento AP de la cámara según el contenido de la página "Arranque Wi-Fi" (la contraseña predeterminada es ipc12345678).

Haga clic en “Conectar” cuando sale la página "Conectar el dispositivo", y luego vaya a la página "Vista previa en vivo".

A: Si necesita configurar el dispositivo con WiFi, seleccione WiFi e ingrese la contraseña de WiFi para conectarse (seleccione el WiFi cercano, el dispositivo no admite WiFi de 5GHz por el momento, no admite WiFi en chino y caracteres especiales), luego el dispositivo muestra la página "Conectar el dispositivo". Después de agregar con éxito, vaya a la página "Dispositivo". Puede realizar operaciones relacionadas en el dispositivo.

B: Para el modo AP, haga clic en el símbolo de retorno en la esquina superior izquierda, luego aparecerá una ventana emergente. Haga clic en "OK", luego haga clic en "Herramientas AP" en la interfaz "Mi", seleccione el dispositivo y realice las operaciones asociadas. Hay menos funciones en esta página, puede realizar operaciones funcionales asociadas en la interfaz de configuración.

5. Alarma de la cámara

5.1 Después de activar la función de alarma manual, el dispositivo emite "bibi" y la luz cálida emite fuerte destello brillante para expulsar al intruso. Al mismo tiempo, aparece una cuenta regresiva manual de un minuto en el medio de la página del dispositivo.

5.2 Después de configurar la sesión "Alarma de la cámara", se empujarán las alarmas vinculadas a la detección de forma humana (la forma humana se marcará con un marco rojo). En la sesión "Mensaje", puede hacer clic en "Detección inteligente" o "Detección de movimiento" para ver la lista de contenidos de alarma asociados.

5.3 Haga clic en una de las grabaciones de alarmas según la hora para acceder a la sesión "Detalles del mensaje".

5.4 Haga clic en "Reproducción" en la esquina superior derecha para acceder a la sesión de reproducción para ver el video en detalle.

5.5 En la sesión "Ajustes", haga clic en el botón "Alarma de la cámara" para definir los parámetros asociados para la alarma de la cámara. La función "Alarma de cámara" se puede activar y desactivar; Haga clic en "Método de advertencia" para definir diferentes métodos de alarma; haga clic en "Tipo de alarma" para definir diferentes tipos de alarma; La función "Luz de modo nocturno" se puede activar y desactivar.

Nota: para obtener mejores resultados en la detección humana, se recomienda instalar la cámara con los siguientes requisitos:La altura de la cámara instalada es de 1,5 a 3 metros y la distancia de detección efectiva es de 1 a 20 metros;El ángulo de instalación es principalmente plano y hacia abajo; asegurarse de que el área de vigilancia tenga una iluminación estable.

6. Ver en el PCEl software de PC AVSS se aplica a DVR / NVR / XVR / IPC, con vista previa en tiempo real, administración de dispositivos, reproducción remota de video y más.

Instale AVSS, seleccione el idioma e inicie sesión.Nota: Puede iniciar sesión con el nombre de usuario y contraseña predeterminados, o registrar un nuevo usuario. La cuenta registrada por la aplicación móvil también se puede utilizar aquí.

6.1 Iniciar sesión

6.2.1 Haga clic en "Device Management" para crear un área y ingresar informaciones del dispositivo.

6.2.2 Crear un área: haga clic derecho en el área vacía debajo de "Device List"> Add Area> introduzca el nombre del área.Nota: El nombre del área se usa para nombrar el área monitoreada.

6.2 Gestión del dispositivo

Haga clic en "Preview" > seleccione el dispositivo debajo de 'Device List' > haga clic derecho del ratón> seleccione "Play ALL" o "Stop ALL" para ver o detener la imagen.

6.3 Vista previa

Haga clic en "Playback"; seleccione el dispositivo, el número de canal, la fecha y luego haga clic en "Searching" para buscar las grabaciones. Haga doble clic en el tiempo de grabación para establecer la hora exacta y haga clic en "Start play".
