The Jade IdeaBoxx includes all the hardware, tools and software needed to be up and running quickly. This Linux-based development system is future-proof. The module hardware is compatible and interchangeable with System on Modules (SoMs) from the entire Fujitsu family of embedded GDC chips. The Jade SoM can be removed and replaced with Emerald, Triton, or other future SoM modules.

both touch-interactive and self-running versions• Datasheets and application notes for the Jade IdeaBoxx• Libraries and tools free of charge and royalties• Schematics and Altium Designer project files for all PCBs• Gerber files to create reference design PCBs• Linux BSP virtual appliance image, including:
• U-boot bootloader• Linux kernel version 3.0.3• Functional root file system• GCC-based cross-compiler

1. Remove all the items from the box.2. Remove the protective film from the LCD screen.3. Insert a MicroSD card containing relevant software or
graphic files into the MicroSD card slot on the bottom of the carrier board.
4. Plug the power supply cable into the power supply connector on the left side of the board.
5. Plug the power supply into a wall outlet.6. Power up the board by turning on power at switch S3
on the left side of the board.7. The demo on the MicroSD card will automatically start.
