future fairs of Office of DC (MSME). The unit may depute another representation under
unavoidable circumstances in place of approved one only after prior permission of Office of DC
(MSME).
Further, it is also to inform that after participation in the said fair, you should submit the
reimbursement claim with following documents within one month from the date of completion of
the fair, failing which it may be presumed that you are not interested for reimbursement of airfare &
your application will not be considered further.
