Mission Statement• PAQ offers a challenging yet fun atmosphere to foster our athletes'
physical, social, and emotional development. We do this through our emphasis on
(P) PARTICIPATION (A) ACHIEVEMENT (Q) QUALITY
in everything that our swimmers do, in the pool and out. We encourage swimmers to set challenging goals for themselves and for the team, and to see themselves as accountable for reaching those goals. PAQ relies on strong family participation, and we encourage parents to provide positive support and volunteer for club duties. PAQ'S aim is to help our athletes grow in their swimming abilities, perseverance and team commitment to reach the goals they set for themselves and for their team
