Festival has become one of the area’s main attractions of the season.

All along Montana Avenuebetween 7th and 17th streets, 150shops participate in festivities thattransform the street into the city’slongest art gallery complete withfood, live music and shopping.

A number of the storesshowcase original artwork andsome even offer special discountsfor the day.

The festival is a great way tospend time with the family andlearn a little more about the North of Montana neighborhood.

Annenberg CommunityBeach House

Located North of Montanaalong Pacific Coast Highway, theAnnenberg Community BeachHouse has become a hub ofsummer activity since opening in 2009.

Montana LibraryLocated at Montana Avenue

and 17th Street, the library haslong been a neighborhood favoritefor kids on summer vacation. Thelibrary tailors its summer offeringswith that in mind.

There’s the Summer ReadingProgram that challenges kids 4and up to work on their readingskills when school isn’t in session.To sweeten the deal, some of themeetings are based around musicand dance. There’s even a balloonshow planned for July 10.
