4 It collects information about the state of the various areas in the building using sensors: the opening of doors and window blinds, the presence of individuals in a specific area, ambient temperature, outside weather conditions (solar radiation, temperature, precipitation, etc.).

4 Remote management of the electrical facility, climate control and security.

4 Climate control depending on building occupation and/or outside weather conditions.
