IProx BMS is an automatic system capable of measuring the critical variables of a building, defining targets according to requirements at any given time, defining the changes that are needed to achieve targets in terms of comfort, security and efficiency and acting on the specific elements to balance needs with the condition of the building.

IProx BMS simplifies existing designs thanks to its TCP/IP technology and it is fitted with top-level features, integrating comfort optimisation, energy efficiency, security, video-surveillance and access control in one single system.

4 It collects information about the state of the various areas in the building using sensors: the opening of doors and window blinds, the presence of individuals in a specific area, ambient temperature, outside weather conditions (solar radiation, temperature, precipitation, etc.).
