ALC STAFF COMMENTSIt is recommended that the Commission consider the following: 1) The improved CLI rating of the subject property is 60% (80% Class 4 limited by stoniness and topography, and 20% Class 3 limited by stoniness and topography) and 40% (60% Class 5 limited by stoniness and topography, and 40% Class 4 limited by topography and moisture deficiency).
