in SLP A few responses from audiologists and from ASHA staff

reinstatement prior to 1/2012 Submit to their application for reinstatement and

the mandated professional development hours by December 31, 2011, and
Must complete the exam requirement by 4/28/12 Reinstatement after 2012 will require a doctoral
degree
