Although beef animals are currently allowed, there is not significant current support

Support for 5 large animals is around 60% Horses Donkeys Alpacas Beef Goats
Support for 10 chickens is around 60%
Proposed Animal Changes
Allow 5 large animals per lot Each large animal variety to be included will
then be voted on separatelyAllow 10 chickens per lot Increase corral size to 3000 sq ft Increase allowable outbuildings to 3 with no
change in combined size of 3000 sq ft
Voting PercentagesChange the percentage of votes required to
amend covenants from 66 2/3rds% to 51%Based on feedback from other covenant
