The prosink is a chemical dispensing system that automatically and consistently mixes theprecise amount of detergent and sanitizer with water by turning a knob, conveniently filling largesinks with accurate product solutions.

All manifoldcomponentssnap togetherand are sealedwith double“O” rings aspictured

To change waterflow directionsimply rotateupper manifoldand re-secureover ball valve“O” rings aspictured

Snap the ProSink 2 backtogether, replace theknobs on the ball valvesand re-install the Prosinkon the wall

4. Remove stainless steelfacing and set aside

First insert the inductoroutlets throughopenings at the bottomof the stainless steelfacing and line up thepegs with the holes inthe manifold

Replaceanycomponentin minuteswithoutthe use oftools

The prospray cleaning and sanitation system automatically dilutes and dispensesconcentrated cleaning products as a foam or spray. The spray system is easily and quicklyconverted into a foam system with the quick coupling foam wand.

The chemical feed rate is set bymetering tips pressed into the barbon the side of the prospray.

Brass fittings for hot waterresistance, polypropylene injectorsfor chemical resistance, ruggedstainless steel casing for securemounting and durability.

Will dispense 1 or 2 chemicalproducts or a clear waterrinse.

These features make theprospray suitable forcleaning throughout the foodprocessing, dairy,transportation, industrial andagricultural industries.

1. Separate the upper manifold fromthe Ball Valves as pictured

2. Separate thelower manifoldfrom the inductorsas pictured

3. Replace ball valves inminutes without usingtools

4. Reassemble theprospray

Unscrew the check valve counter-clockwise being careful not to losethe seal.
