Product Range

This area includes the water connection fittingsand the valve.

All materials are compatible with potable waterand will tolerate water pressure up to 130 PSIand temperatures up to 160° F.

The backflow protection device prevents thepossibility of chemical returning into the fresh watersystem in the rare event of negative pressure.

This is the “Engine” of the system and is made ofchemical resistant material and is compatible withmost commonly used chemicals. Robust withtemperature tolerance up to 160° F .

Can produce chemical solutions of up to 25% withflow rates 1, 4 and 8 gallons per minute.

A. Removing the SS facing

All manifoldcomponentssnap togetherand are sealedwith double“O” rings aspictured

To changewater flowdirection simplyrotate uppermanifold andre-secure overball valve “O”rings aspictured

Snap the ProSink 2 backtogether, replace theknobs on the ball valvesand re-install the Prosinkon the wall

4. Remove stainless steelfacing and set aside

First insert the inductoroutlets throughopenings at the bottomof the stainless steelfacing and line up thepegs with the holes inthe manifold

Replaceanycomponentin minuteswithoutthe use oftools

3. Place thumbs on valvestems and lift from theunderside of the facing

1. Separate the upper manifoldfrom the Ball Valves as pictured

4. Reassemble theProSpray

Unscrew the check valve counter-clockwise being careful not to losethe seal.
