Prophet 21 Hybrid ApplicationThis document explains the installation instructions for both Windows and Mac OS versions of the Prophet 21 Hybrid application.

The Hybrid application is not a full version of Prophet 21, it is simply a gateway to the system utilizing the Prophet 21 Web Apps and Prophet 21 Middleware Applications.

Windows Installation file name Prophet21.exe

Welcome Screen – Click Next

Choose Directory – Change Default Directory or Click Next

Choose to create Desktop Icon or Click Next

Installation Complete – Uncheck not to Launch App or Click Finish

When you open the application you will need to setup your Default Profile. This profile will determine the Prophet21 Middleware Instance you are pointing to which connects to your Prophet 21 Database of choice.

- Set Default Profile o Setting this tells the application which Middleware Instance to connect to. o ONLY HTTPS IS USED so when specifying the port use the HTTPS porto Multiple Profiles can be setup to point to different middleware instances, these profiles are

stored by user on the local machine.
