The month of July was a tough month, ex-pense-wise, as we incurred some substantial and un-expected repair bills. The faithful tithes and offer-ings of the saints, along with their prayers, keep our 24/7 broadcasting Network going (and without ads, sponsorships, soap-sales or begging for funds). For this, we are grateful. Many Biblical precepts and concepts on Prophecy were presented in three sermons preached from the pulpit of the LaPorte Church of Christ in July, pertaining to PROPHECY, including prophecy past, future and present. And of course, knowing who the people of prophecy are, the Anglo-Saxon, Germanic, Celtic and kindred people of today, is a MOST important need in understanding prophecy as well. (as well as MAJOR storms and power outages!). The anti-Christ controlled mainstream media played it down and said little about it. The DC Street Sorcery Prayers have been heard, and are being answered. We are still working on the second DC Street Sorcery Documentary. Our recent Ministry Outreach, Scriptures FROM America, is well under way, with at least nine (9) episodes completed and shipped for the Ukraine and Russian audiences. This cowboy-logic, western-themed, Basic Bible teaching video outreach is designed to introduce His people overseas to the Bible and Jesus Christ. We are finding that there is a desire and need for that here in our country as well, and many are ordering the DVD’s and getting them on their local Public Access TV stations in their own communities. We are thankful for this opportunity to obey the command of Mark 16:15-16. And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. "He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned.” See our ad on page 13 that we are getting into the public schools out here. And so we have the pro-phetic word made more sure, to which you do well to pay atten-tion as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star arises in your hearts. 2 Peter 1:19 We are living in dark days spiritually, and would do well to pay attention to prophecy, but there is a needed growth by the saints in un-derstanding prophecy.

THREE THINGS TO KNOW IN REGARDS TO PROPHESY AND TIME PROPHECY PAST Prophecy past is prophecy that has been fulfilled. A good example of such prophecy is found in Acts 8:27-35, where the Ethio-pian eunuch was reading the prophecy of Isaiah 53:7-8, and evangelist Philip explained the prophecy to him. It was prophecy of that point in time that had recently been fulfilled by the death of Jesus. It was prophecy past (just past). PROPHECY FUTURE is prophecy yet to be

fulfilled. There are such prophecies in the Bible, contrary to the teaching of some, saying all prophecy was ful-filled with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Such prophecy is harder to understand and in-terpret, and is more likely to require the gift, talent and anointing of a prophet versus an evangelist or teacher (Ephesians 4:11). Regarding understanding proph-ecy, anybody can prophesy, and anyone can interpret past and future prophecy. False prophets do it all the time, enjoy doing it, make money doing it, AND MY PEOPLE LOVE TO HAVE IT SO. Case in point is old Hal Lindsey, who in the 1980’s made big bundles of money off of his book, “The Late Great Planet Earth.,” And, when his BS didn’t come to pass, he simply writes a new book and makes more money. The prophets prophesy falsely, And the priests rule on their own authority; And My people love it so! But what will you do at the end of it? Jeremiah 5:31 THEN THERE IS PROPHECY PRESENT. Present prophecy is something people do not very often think about, but the Bible teaches about such a thing. It is prophecy that is being played out at the present time. A good Bible example of this is seen in Acts Chapter 2. On the day of Pentecost, when the Baptism of the Holy Spirit fell on the Apostles, they were speaking in other languages, and the people were wondering what in the world was going on. Peter told them that, at that time, the prophecy of Joel was being played out. "For these men are not drunk, as you suppose, for it is only the third hour of the day; but this is what was spoken of through the prophet Joel: Acts 2:15,16

Few people think in terms of prophesy present, and the people who are living in prophecy present fall into three categories. THREE GROUPS OF PEOPLE IN PROPHESY PRESENT To illustrate the three groups of people in prophecy present, let’s continue to consider the Day of Pentecost example in Acts Chapter 2. 1. There were the people that were oblivious to the happening. They were the ones down the road a ways, over the hill a ways, and across the valley in other communities, that were just going their way, do-ing their thing, completely oblivious to the fact that major prophecy was being fulfilled in their lifetime. No doubt some of them had walked on paths that passed the hill of Golgotha on that day some man was being crucified. There the most major prophecy of all time was taking place, and they paid it no mind. These are the people that are in the dark, and kept in the dark (Matthew 10:11-14).

2. Then there were people tak-ing an active and exciting part in the prophecy that at that time was pres-ently being played out on the day of Pentecost. There were that day three thousand baptized in the name of Je-sus Christ for the remission of sins (Acts 2:38-43). 3. Then there were those bringing the prophecy to pass i.e., causing it to be fulfilled at that present

time. They were not only participating in the present prophecy, they were causing it to happen. In that case it was the Apostles, and they did it by doing what they

were told to do (Acts 1:5), and having had personal training for three years by Jesus. Bringing prophecy to pass or causing it to hap-pen in your present time is a concept that for the most part is completely foreign to our thinking, but think about this – Jesus did it (Read Matthew 4:12-16). There is a whole lot more to think about con-cerning prophecy, which we covered in the July 11, 2010 Sunday See-er Service. The message is entitled, “PROPHECY,” and is available on CD or DVD and archived at our website. In that message we addressed the meaning of 2 Peter 1:20. But know this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture is a matter of one's own interpretation... This Scripture is not telling us that prophecy is not to be interpreted. It is telling us that prophecy is not for private interpretation. In other words, one must let the Bible interpret the prophesy. This is done by allowing the Bible to interpret the prophetic terms used. That is, let the Bible define the meaning of the prophetic terms, rather than man assigning his own mean-ing and understanding to them. In that message, we considered the prophecy of 2 Peter 3:7. But the present heavens and earth by His word are being reserved for fire, kept for the day of judg-ment and destruction of ungodly men. Obviously, when that prophecy was written, it was future. But, what is it now? Is it still future, is it past, or is it present? And what does the term fire

mean here? Is it literal, prophetic, or both? Then we pointed out how it is present, and that the present fire is presently burning in the form of the wrath and anger of God, as prophesied in Deuteronomy 32:21-25. 'They have made Me jealous with what is not God; They have provoked Me to anger with their idols. So I will make them jealous with those who are not a people; I will provoke them to anger with a fool-ish nation, For a fire is kindled in My anger, And burns to the lowest part of Sheol, And consumes the earth with its yield, And sets on fire the foundations of the mountains. 'I will heap misfortunes on them; I will use My arrows on them. They shall be wasted by fam-ine, and consumed by plague And bitter destruction; And the teeth of beasts I will send upon them, With the venom of crawling things of the dust. 'Outside the sword shall bereave, And inside terror-- Both young man and virgin, The nursling with the man of gray hair.

Right now, there are those bringing this prophesy to pass, and they are the serpent sons of Hell. They hate the prophet who brings understand-ing and insight to the people and exposes their evil deeds. And, they work to try to destroy him in the eyes of the people. The prophet brings to pass the prophecy: So I will make them jealous with those who are not a people; I will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation… Deuteronomy 32:21

There obviously are prophecies locked up, or sealed as the Bible, puts it until an appointed time. At the time they were writ-ten it was prophecy future. Prophecy future is always harder to understand or interpret than prophecy past and/or prophecy pre-sent, but prophecy future that is to be sealed up until an appointed time will not be understood until that appointed time. Case in point is Daniel 12:8-9: As for me, I heard but could not understand; so I said, "My lord, what will be the out-come of these events?" And he said, "Go your way, Daniel, for these words are concealed and sealed up until the end time. Thus we have an expression: “A truth whose time has come.” Then there is this point—Prophecy written by different prophets, independent of one another, at different times, can refer to the exact same time and event. For example, we see this in the prophecy of Daniel and the prophecy of Jesus in the prophetic Chapter of Matthew 24. "And forces from him will arise, desecrate the sanctuary fortress, and do away with the regular sacrifice. And they will set up the abomination of desolation. Daniel 11:31 "Therefore when you see the abomination of desolation which was spoken of through Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place (let the reader understand)... Matthew 24:15. It appears Micah saw and wrote the same thing that Isaiah saw and wrote about. "As in the days when you came out from the land of Egypt, I will show you miracles." Nations will see and be ashamed Of all their might. They will put their hand on their mouth, Their ears will be deaf. They will lick the dust like a serpent, Like reptiles of the earth. They will come trem-bling out of their fortresses; To the LORD our God they will come in dread, And they will be afraid before Thee.” Micah 7:15-17

Who are these who are like snakes, like reptiles of the earth? As for their fortresses, they are holes in the ground. That’s where snakes and reptiles den up. The prophet Isaiah saw this. “And men will go into caves of the rocks, And into holes of the ground Before the terror of the LORD, And before the splendor of His majesty, When He arises to make the earth trem-ble. In that day men will cast away to the moles and the bats Their idols of sil-ver and their idols of gold, Which they made for themselves to worship…” Isaiah 2:19-21 There are underground fortresses that presently exist and have been written about and documented. The serpents have paid

their gold and silver to get their ‘safe haven’ and spot there. The wicked tares seem to anticipate the Day of the Lord wrath as described in Isaiah 2. “Enter the rock and hide in the dust From the terror of the LORD and from the splendor of His majesty. The proud look of man will be abased, And the loftiness of man will be humbled, And the

LORD alone will be exalted in that day. For the LORD of hosts will have a day of reckoning Against everyone who is proud and lofty, And against everyone who is lifted up, That he may be abased.” Isaiah 2:10-12 They cannot enter the Rock Jesus Christ. He is our Rock. “and all drank the same spiritual drink, for they were drinking from a spiritual rock which followed them; and the rock was Christ.” 1 Corinthians 10:4 It is as it says in the prophecy of Deuteronomy 32. "Indeed their rock is not like our Rock, Even our enemies them-selves judge this.” Deuteronomy 32:31

The way we enter the Rock is the way that the churches keep people away from, i.e. baptism in the Name of Jesus Christ FOR the re-mission of sin (Acts 2:38). When that command is obeyed by the believer, they enter into the Rock. Or do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus have been bap-tized into His death? Romans 6:3 For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. Galatians 3:27 CONCERNING WHO ARE THESE WHO ARE LIKE SNAKES, LIKE REPTILES OF THE EARTH It is time the real people start using Biblical terms to de-scribe their enemies, those that are not a people. Prophesy tells us a day will come when we will become angry with them. 'They have made Me jealous with what is not God; They have provoked Me to anger with their idols. So I will make them jealous with those who are not a people; I will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation…’ Deuteronomy 32:21 People are getting close to using such terms. For exam-ple, we posted at our website an article sent to us concerning the Gulf Oil Spill, entitled “WHO KILLED THE GULF?” The arti-cle tells of the poison Corexit that the children of the devil are putting in the water. Note in the following quote from that article how the author uses the terms ‘sub-humans’. What kind of psychopaths would even manufacture something like Corexit, much less put a million to 42 mil-lion gallons of it into our coastal waters? The Interna-tional Monetary/Banking Cartel mobsters and their govern-mental/corporate minions, who are decimating our world, while pretending to save it. These sub-humans who have ascended to such power are obviously well behind the human race in the spiritual as-pects of their evolutionary development. - - - - - - - -

‘Sub-humans’ is a start, but when we start us-ing Bible terms, we will start to think more in terms of the Bible. Following are appropriate Bible terms. 1. “Serpents of the dust” (KJV)

They’ve had it, for here it is prophesied against them. "The Son of Man will send forth His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all stumbling blocks, and those who commit law-lessness, and will cast them into the furnace of fire; in that place there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. "Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear.” Matthew 13:41-43

Below is the ad that Scriptures for America Ministry is running in an-anti-drug magazine that goes into all the public schools in Wyoming. It is an expense, but it does get the Ten Commandments BACK into the public schools.

SCRIPTURES FROM AMERICA HISTORY

It is our conviction that there was a fulfillment of prophecy, (prophecy present), when Scriptures for Amer-ica added a new outreach program called Scriptures FROM America. That prophecy is stated in Matthew 24:14-15: "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world for a witness to all the nations, and then the end shall come. "Therefore when you see the abomina-tion of desolation which was spoken of through Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place (let the reader under-stand)…” Scriptures for America has (primarily) been an evangelistic outreach from the LaPorte Church of Christ to reach the nation of America. The aim has been for the na-tional revival and national salvation, and has been through radio, television, tapes, CD's, DVD's, the Internet and printed material (such as books, pamphlets and newslet-ters). With the addition of shortwave radio broadcasting, the outreach spilled over the borders of America into the world, and thus the outreach became known as Scriptures for America Worldwide. Scriptures From America is not a spill-over, but a specific and direct aim to reach other parts of the world with television programs in country-specific languages. It is a carrying out of the command of the Great Commission of Mark 16:15-16. And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. "He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who has dis-believed shall be condemned. These Scriptures From America broadcasts are packaged with an old west cowboy theme, and legitimately so, since the preacher, Peter Peters, is a cowboy on a ranch.

The programs come from the Radio Ranch in Wyoming, where he resides. These outreach broad-casts contain the basic 'milk-of-the-Word, not the meat of the Word. This is because the main target (right now) for these pro-grams is Russia, Eastern Europe and the Ukraine, and the peoples of these countries have been deprived of the true Word of God for seventy years under the old Communist Russian Soviet Union. Now that they can receive the Word, the Pentecos-tal's, Baptists and the Jehovah Witnesses have been moving in with a false Gospel. Our Scriptures From America pro-grams are probably the only voice in the wilderness broad-casts giving them the true Bible plan of salvation of Faith, Repentance, Confession and Baptism (in the name of Jesus Christ) FOR the remission of sins.

The Acts 2:38 message given by the Apostle Peter (who was given the keys to the King-dom), is not given by these other churches.

The basics of Christianity are given in the Scriptures From America broadcasts, such as how do we know the Bible is the Word of God?, how the Bible is divided into books, how to study the Bible, where to begin (NOT in Revelations!), what is the

Church?, what is Baptism?, what is repentance?, what is a Bible translation and what are some good Bible transla-tions?, Communion, Christian living, how to pray, and so forth. All disciplines have basics, such as the discipline of mathematics. An advanced mathematician had to, at one point in his life; learn the basics, such as numbers, how to count, addition, subtraction, multiplication, etc… Then comes division, algebra, calculus and statistics. But, the ba-sics had to be learned first. That's what we do with the Scriptures From America broadcasts, reaching into a part of the world that needs to be told that God has a Son, and His name is Jesus. We've all sinned and the wages of sin is death, and His Son died in our place so we could live and the Justice of God's Law could be carried out. They are told what the Gospel truly is and how we are, as His people, to believe the Gospel and how we are to obey the Gospel. What we are discovering is that these broadcasts are needed just as much here on the North American continent as they are over in Russia. Many are enthusiastically using them as outreach tools here, giving sets to friends and fam-ily, and getting these programs on their local Public Access TV stations. We have also had people post them to the Internet and YouTube.

These Scriptures From America programs are 28 1/2 minutes long, and each is filmed in a different Western set-ting. The first one was in a horse barn with a dying young filly colt, the second program was in a corral feeding a bum calf, we even have one from our spring cattle branding where we relate branding to receiving the Seal of the Holy Spirit. We have one program beside a mountain stream and we speak of Jesus as the Liv-ing Water. The production of these new outreach programs have added to our work load and the airing of them has added immensely to our budget needs. The people in these countries have satellite dishes and receivers in their homes (often times no matter how poor they are), and their satellite reception is different there (Free to Air satellite) than it is here. In other words, they don't have to pay for their satellite reception. BUT, it is not free for us to get these programs aired on their satellites for them to see. We have to not only pay for the air time, but we also have to pay for the tran-scribing and translating of each program into their language. It is only because the faithful are tithing to us that we can do this outreach into the world. There are many more countries (Western Europe and England) where we could air these programs, and there are also Networks in the US and Canada that we could get on, but it takes money to do so. Will you help us continue to reach out to the Lost Sheep of the House of Israel, scattered throughout this world?

This is a continuation of the previous article on boy/girl, man/woman relationships. One thing that has been a bit concerning to me through the past 24 years that I have been in fellowship with those who claim, “We are Is-rael,” and "We must follow God’s commands (Laws) if we love Him and wish to serve/please

Him", is the number of casualties among the youth. When Jesus has said: "Enter by the narrow gate; for the gate is wide, and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and many are those who enter by it. "For the gate is small, and the way is narrow that leads to life, and few are those who find it. Matthew 7:13-14 I never would have considered that a people who have so much truth as to the narrow path that leads to life would have so many problems leading their youth into a faithful pure relationship with Jesus. It has become clear through the years though, that the failures or ones who stray are confused by an age old cover-up. If satan was not able to reward (for a time) the vessels that choose his will making the broad way look “good enough,” it is certain God’s people would have more success at keeping their young people on the narrow path with the ability to raise up children who are able to stay on the path of life as well. If you watch long enough the truth always reveals itself. Remember David troubled about the pros-perity of those who choose wrong – but then he saw their end in Psalm 73. For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, Romans 1:18 The truth simply cannot remain suppressed forever. I re-member begging God for a proper witness for my daughter to see as her peers were all falling into boy/girl crazy relationships before they had done the necessary preparation work at establishing a solid foundation with Jesus and life skills to be truly successful in marriage. These relationships made fornication not the only stum-

bling block satan used to trip up the youth. When you ask God in faith for something worthwhile (like a good witness or exam-ple), He provides. We got to watch a full-grown prepared Chris-tian woman walk the isle marrying a man who was established as a God-fearing, hard-working man of God – namely my step-daughter and son-in-law. All the other witnesses and testimonies that surrounded us (at that time) have since failed completely or been truly unsatisfied and cursed just as we foresaw coming way back then. Out of many, many youths there was but one couple who weathered through the storm satan was allowed to put them through. We saw some of the saddest scenarios unfold over the years. Today, Pastor looks back and every once in a while he points out one to me who was faithful as a child and is now rais-ing children in The Way. If it is even half as pleasing to Jesus as it is to Pastor to have generations stay faithful, that’s big. And most likely, God gets more pleasure about that than us, right? Now, do not read this wrong, as we recognize sometimes Jesus does move a young person to marry young, as is the case we see with the newest bride-to-be in our personal midst. But contrary to what many teens think, and many parents sometimes wish, a teen growing up is not usually as quick as it physically ap-pears. It takes time for most teens’ hormones and emotions to balance out, and for them to train themselves so they are not on a rollercoaster-ride, an effort which can easily be clouded with boyfriend/girlfriend relationships before God’s timing. Espe-cially with today’s American diet which is so adulterated that re-production is threatened, let alone reproduction of healthy chil-dren. Gaining the knowledge of how to become and/or stay healthy in this day and age is a major need and challenge in itself, but we do have a promise or goal worth trying to obtain found in Scripture. "But you shall serve the LORD your God, and He will bless your bread and your water; and I will remove sickness from your midst. "There shall be no one miscarrying or barren in your land; I will fulfill the number of your days." Exodus 23:25-26

One young woman recently told me it was impossible for her not to think of boys in her teens. After all, hormones are racing; trying to control the brain, etc So, what she learned to do was to constantly redirect her sights. She made a point of think-ing always about how to attract a good man. That, in turn, made her focus on her own abilities and skills, especially her domestic skills, i.e. cooking, cleaning, sewing, decorating, health awareness, and on and on it went. When it was God’s tim-ing for her, I personally know she was nothing of a disappointment to her hus-band, nor was she disappointed in him. When we delight in Him, He does grant us our desires. Working on a personal relationship with Jesus is of ut-most importance for teens. Knowing the difference of when He is pulling on your heart, or when it is satan pulling, takes time and experience. Knowing that satan is in disguise, as an angel of light, to trick us is something many of our youth do not take seri-ously, which might account for the casualty rates among the saints' children. Surly there is nothing wrong with teens enjoying time in youth gatherings or single men and women fellowship-ping, but to allow some time as a single following Jesus alone, instead of as so-and-so’s boyfriend or girlfriend, is probably a wise thing to experience before you are a couple. It grants you time to establish a secure, healthy walk with Jesus as a true foun-dation to success. We hope the future holds many more Godly witnesses and examples for the God of Israel and His Kingdom Ways, and it is our prayer that the parents and youth are able to avoid the anxious spirit that satan desires God’s people to have. A Godly standard is certainly not the wide path, but even a few who choose to wait for God’s timing can lead others to prepare a healthy foundation which God can richly bless – and cancel out satan from being allowed the opportunities he desires to curse the camp of the Lord Jesus Christ. It would certainly suit Pastor and I fine if we could claim every young person who listens to

National Salvation: National Salvation is a Biblical con-cept few are taught when it comes to salvation. Personal salvation is taught in the present day Judeo-Christian churches, but they make a mockery of it with their own perverted version. They promote such lies as 'accept Jesus as your personal savior', let Him come into your heart', 'say the sinner's prayer', 'bow your head and raise your hand', 'easy-believing John 3:16', etc… The truth is as they teach about personal salvation, their satanic pur-pose is to keep the people from salvation, and that is done by keeping them from obeying Acts 2:38. "And Peter said to them, "Repent, and let each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." Acts 2:38 And corresponding to that, baptism now saves you-- not the re-moval of dirt from the flesh, but an appeal to God for a good conscience-- through the resurrection of Jesus Christ, 1 Peter 3:21 The concept of National Salvation is seldom taught, yet the Bible teaches it in regards to the Nation of the Israelites. "Blessed be the Lord God of Israel, For He has visited us and ac-complished redemption for His people, And has raised up a horn of salva-tion for us In the house of David His servant--As He spoke by the mouth of His holy prophets from of old--Salvation from our enemies, And from the hand of all who hate us; Luke 1:68-71 The prayer for the month of August is a prayer for National Salva-tion. It is taken directly from Psalms 129. It has little meaning to most that have no knowledge of who the children of Israel are today, and of the new Jer-USA-lem of today that Zechariah Chapter 2 prophesied of. So many have been programmed by the churches to believe the lie that now, under the 'New Covenant', there is some sort of 'spiritual Israel', or that the people we today call Jews are Israel of old. The people are pro-grammed to think 'Jew' when they hear the term 'Israel', and are told the term 'Gentile' means 'non-Jew'. They are taught that the Jewish people 'missed' the coming of the Messiah, and thus Christianity went to the Gen-tiles, and that the Jewish nation was, 'born in a day', in 1948. And, that if America blessed that nation of 'Israel', that it would be blessed. As a result of this, America today is CURSED! and few care about the concept of Salvation for their Nation. The most care that most have at all is due to their love of money, and they would like less Socialistic taxa-tion.

Preparatory Prayer Our Father in Heaven, we pray to You in the Name that is above all names, Jesus Christ. We pray upon us the armor of Ephesians 6:13-17, we call for an-gelic protection, and we pray the hedge of Job around us. We enter into and abide in our Rock of Salvation. We ask that You deliver us from all evil and that You change the curses of those who curse us into blessings.
