New users

• Projectweb supports

• When you receive your

invitation via E-mail,

click the link that leads

to your ProjectWEB

• Then you need to enter

a password

ProjectWEB setup

It is possible to have a

individual setup of ProjectWEB

Klick on your name

Then Projectweb settings

• The user can choose what

language he wants to use

• If you want to start where

you left last time you

Folder structure

• Not all folders will be

available to you - this is

defined by the user rights

example. uploading files to

specific folders

Metadata

• Literally means "data about data"

• Metadata makes it easy for others to

find the correct document or picture

• Therefore it is a good idea to fill in

the metadata fields

UPLOAD

1. Choose upload

2. Find the files your want to upload on

your computer or network

3. Press upload

4. Fill in metadata

5. Always press Save/Accept after changes

DOWNLOAD

1. Choose relevant file

2. Press Download

3. In the bottom of the screen appears a new box. Choose Save

4. Now you can choose where to place

your files on the computer or network

Lock documents

It is possible to lock a document

1. Lock document(s)

You can lock several documents in

one action.

2. Unlock document(s)

It is only the user who has lock the

document who can unlock.

REVISIONS

It is possible to view older

versions of the document.

Show current versions

Show all versions

View document

It is possible to view the

document without download.

Just press the view icon.

ProjectWEB supports a lot of file

formats incl. 3D

It may take some time

depending on how big the

document is

Notifications

You can use notification for

a lot of tasks.

E.g. to encure that the users

are aware of new material.

If you press on “to” you can

view all mailing lists

SUBSCRIBTIONS

If you are interested in subscribing to

a particular folder, click subscription

Day, Week, Month
