Rationale
In the era of technology when people easily get access to different cultures in the world via various forms of mass media, they are profoundly influenced by popular foreign cultural aspects, resulting in an inevitable phenomenon
that they adopt both positive and negative overseas features as their identity and forget or even reject their homeland ones.

In the field of ELT, regarding this fact, there has arisen a concerning issue on a solution tackling the problem - that is how to help learners use English as an effective tool to accomplish a significant mission: creating mutual understanding among countries by undertaking the meaningful two-way interaction: (1) bringing wondrous knowledge in the world back to their countries and (2) introduce the beautiful image of their countries to the world.
