A : Better quality, size and freshness reduces as compared to A+.

B+ : Good quality, reduced size, dry in nature, not fresh as A+ and A.

B : Qualit y detioriated, dried, damaged by pest and diseases.

C& D: Small size, d ry in nature, pest attack.

CONCLUSION

§ As per the survey conducted each retai l outlet is having different qualities of fruits and vegetables.

§ In some outlets the fruits and vegetables are fresh, good quality and maintained hygienic conditions and others are not so good like keeping the low quality of fruits and vegetables which are damaged by pest and diseases.

§ The prices and weights also vary from each retai l outlets.

§ Some outlets keeps the best quality that is ( fresh, large in size as in case of fruits and vegetables) and others kept which are small size in case of fruits over ripen, dried, attacked by pests and diseases.

§ In case of NAMADHARI and SPAR the quality is better compare to other as shown in average graph.

§ Price is more in NAMADHARI as compare to SPAR.
