University is located in the city of Oxford, Oxford, UK. Ranked second in the list of the oldest universities

in the world, the oldest university in the English-speaking world as well

as the first university in the UK.

OXFORD UNIVERSITY

The University consists of 38 faculties and colleges, as well

as the so-called six dorms - private schools.

In October and November, before the planned start of the

year of training , applicants are applying to colleges . The special

committee considers the estimates ( only excellent , A-level),

letters of recommendation,

conducts interviews . In some cases, the

prospective student may be asked to show their written work , conduct their own

written tests .

ADMISSION TO THE UNIVERSITY

Now studying at Oxford for more than 20 thousand students , about a quarter of them - foreign.

The main areas of training students - humanitarian, mathematics, physics , social sciences , medicine , life

sciences and the environment.
