In total, an amount of Euro 4,301.35 has been paid to the staff

The technical staff received Euro 3,169.42

The administrative staff received : Euro 1,131.93

Human resources

Several Workshops have been organized. Theseinclude: workshop for making contacts with projectpartners, information sharing Workshop, Steering and Technical Committee meetings. A total of Euro 12,749.26 was spent for this purpose.

The first visit to Benin in December 2014 of the partner from Portugal, Dr. Luis Goulão: Euro 2,110.45, as part of the budget allocated to IICT.

In this section a total of Euro 14,860.72 was spent.

Training, workshops, seminars

Office equipment and furniture, Fuel were purchasedand a car has been hired for the project management

In addition, work documents have been translatedinto English

In this section a total of Euro 14,145.68 were spent.

Durables and consumables

To inform the audience, about the ProSAM project, some communication materials were developed; theseinclude notepads, information leaflets, banners, plates and signs.

The total cost was Euro 1,468.08

Other spending

Conclusion The coordination of the project follows a well defined

methodology

Project management tools provided by the grant Manager of

FARA (Mrs. Vesta NUNOO) and SOJAGNON management

documents (procedures, memos and contracts, consortium

agreement) were used to easily run the project during this

period.

Purchases were made following the rules of the art.

A total of Euro 55,271.32 were spent for the period

September 2014 to February 2015.
