Dear Member,

We are happy to extend our warm greetings to you and your families as we release the 8th Quarterly Project

Update Report for January - march 2014.

01. Home ConstruCtionHouse Construction began mid February with five different houses approved for Construction. Four homes

belong to Home owners while one is a sample house for Longonot Gate We have finished construction

of Infraco Center (Construction offices) with well landscaped Gardens. Visit the site and see the

transformation created by the well landscaped gardens and well manicured lawns.

We would like to encourage all our members to start construction of their houses. We have selected a

number of contractors who are already working on site.

02. Progress on site

i) Roads

Roads construction is going on well with all Naivasha Gardens road murrumed, 90% of Kingdom City also

murramed and work on Crater Park roads is currently ongoing.

We have also started placing concrete cabs on the side of the road from the Mai – mahiu gate entrance so

that we can finally do hand packing of roads and place Cabro.

ii) Kingdom City (golf course)

We have done a lot in regards to Golf course Construction. These include:-

- Nine holes have been well shaped and are only awaiting greening.

- The irrigation dam of the golf course is on its final stages and shall be finalised by the end of the

month.

- Golf course offices and stores have been completed

- The type of grass to be planted has been selected after undergoing a research period of 6 months to

determine its suitability with the climate of Naivasha.

iii) Dams

The Golf course irrigation dam is now complete and its already started harvesting rain water. These will

enhance irrigation of the Golf course as we embark on greening the course.

0.3 referral ComPetition Longonot Gate launched the referral competition in March 2014.The competition is ongoing well and

we urge any member who has any referral to get in touch with us and you stand a chance to win exciting

prices. A point to note is that the competition is not a draw, any referral that will be converted into a

member you as the referee automatically wins a price depending on the number of converted referrals you

had sent.

04. title DeeDsIn August 2013, we issued the first lease titles to our buyers (see picture below). This process has been going

on to - date. The titles are for leasehold for 99 years.

05. general Comments on ProjeCt We are happy to report that the overall Project Progress is good

and participation on our programmes by members very active. We are on course in regards to our

obligation to the project which is infrastructure development and also guiding members on construction of

their Homes. We thank our Almighty God for the favour we have received on the project. We also thank all

homeowners for the continued support of the project.
