PROGRAM AREA A. INTRODUCTION This section includes an itemization of the space types, sizes, and quantities envisioned for this facility, plus space description forms that describe functional goals and specific requirements for systems, finishes, and adjacencies for each “assignable” space type. This information shall be analyzed, vetted, and otherwise considered during program verification and schematic design.
